Our visit to Te Tuhi

  3. It was worthwhile to walk all the way down to Te Tuhi because we got to do a self portrait. We both learnt new techniques for painting.

  4. Te Tuhi was really inspirational because we explored different things and painted who we really are. We learnt that paintings, drawings and sculptures are not only art, because people are also art. That really suprised me!

  5. I loved our trip to Te tuhi because we learnt that each piece of artwork has a story or legend behind it, and how on projectors the artist would talk about the inspiration, and the experience you get while painting or sculpting. What artist do you think does the best artwork?

  6. The Te Tuhi trip was amazing! we painted self portraits. We also saw a famous painting. I think it was worthwhile it was worthwhile to go there because we learnt new ways to create a painting.
